Mark and Sarit’s wedding at the Muir Beach Community was an intimate, spirited, and completely authentic event. The wedding, initially scheduled to be on the bluffs of Slide Ranch overlooking the Pacific Ocean, had to be moved inside after morning rain threatened. However, we got lucky with beautiful weather, and dramatic skies by the time the wedding arrived. Latin guitar music, fantastic food, and a look out over the ocean combined for a wonderful reception. We were even able to get away for a moment to take some wedding photos at the beautiful Muir Point overlook. I’ve passed by the beautiful overlook a few times, and the first time I saw it I knew it would be a perfect spot for a wedding shoot- and with this event just a few minutes away, it was an absolutely perfect little place to escape.
Mark’s son even brought along his little pug, who absolutely stole my heart away and brought back memories of my own pug and childhood best friend Wrinkles.
Below are some of my favorites. Thanks to Kris Coontz for helping me during the wedding day.
I love the “have a good wedding sign.” Aren’t kids great?
