I’ve finished with a flurry of weddings and engagement shoots, and have just finished processing Amy and Nil’s wonderful wedding. Amy and Nils live in New York City, but decided to come out to the Bay Area to get married at the Sausalito Women’s Club. I did an engagement shoot for them in San Francisco the Wednesday before the wedding, then met up with them again a few days later for the big event! The Sausalito Women’s club is a place with a lot of history for Amy’s family, the same location where her parents had been married at some 35 years earlier. We spent the day around the club, enjoying the spectacular view over the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a wonderful day for a wonderful couple. Very impressive – the photography, the slideshow, all fantastic! … enjoyed all the photos and congrats to the couple, perfect all the way around. We were especially touched by the fact the bride’s parents celebrated their own wedding 35 yrs. ago at the club. Thirty years ago was our very own reception at the Sausalito Women’s Club, and what memories – Thanks for sharing;)
