Then on to Sucre, Cochabamba, La Paz, Lake Titicaca, Madidi National Park rainforest, and back home to the good old Bay Area. Here are just a few favorites, starting with the Salar de Uyuni.

Laguna Colorada, with its myriad of flamingos, red water, and salt bergs.

Nights are cold at high altitude. Everybody needs an extra sweater- even the dogs apparently.

Wifi cafes are not exactly the norm here, so photos will be slow coming. I do have regular access to email though, and will be back in California on June 3.  From here Nancy and I will be heading to La Paz, then up to the Madidi National Park and Lake Titicaca.
